one time my dad was on a beach in israel for work and he saw a man steal another man’s bag and run away and what ended up happening was the thief who also stole cars and was wanted for other crimes opened the bag in a bathroom near the beach to see if there were any valuables and instead he found a bomb and reported it to the police and the police ended up capturing the bomber and instead of being jailed for being a thief the man had his record clearedÂ
